Lead UI/UX Designer (Bermuda)

Tasks:

  • Build, coordinate, and maintain the project's UI style
  • Develop UI feature concepts, design UX in cooperation with the game designer and producer, and see it through to the end
  • Possibly develop prototypes in Figma/Adobe XD and supervise UX in the game
  • Improve the product in accordance with market demands and trends
  • Analyze the current UI/UX and improve it
  • Conduct UX analysis on competitors' games
  • Optimize development pipelines in Photoshop
  • Prioritize and evaluate the suitability of solutions
  • Manage a team by mentoring, developing, training, motivating department employees, and building the team

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work on a team, listen to and hear colleagues 
  • Ability to present, explain and effectively process feedback
  • High standards for the quality of your work, sense of responsibility
  • Ability to make decisions within their area of responsibility that are in line with project and company goals

Hard Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the game dev industry
  • Experience managing a team and evaluating the performance of specialists
  • Experience creating casual mobile interfaces (must have a portfolio)
  • Ability to analyze interfaces and offer alternative solutions for the project
  • Ability to design UX flows with the game design department, find the best solutions, and plan testing if necessary
  • Ability to create feature visuals, command of 2D art skills
  • Ability to prioritize performance feedback for the project
  • Knowledge of layout processes and resource optimization
  • Creativity and artistic sense
  • Understanding of demands and trends in the mobile casual game market

Would be nice:

  • Experience creating interfaces in Unity
