Senior Game Designer (Clockmaker)

We need a passionate expert with lots of experience in casual game design to work on Clockmaker

Tasks:

  • Managing the mechanics and game content development in accordance with the general concept of the game
  • Being responsible for results
  • Development and improvement of the project's metagame based on statistics gathered and analysis thereof
  • Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization
  • Calculating balance sheet and analyzing game statistics
  • Creating and controlling the GDD
  • Close interaction with the project team

Requirements:

  • Experience working on match-3 projects or games for casual players
  • Experience as a Game Designer for 2+ years
  • Good understanding of the game market in the casual games and online casino segment
  • Portfolio of launched projects and experience working on them as a Game Designer
  • Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents
  • Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received
  • Ability to clearly set goals and focus on results of work
  • Proactive and energetic

Preferred qualifications:

  • Interest in developing games for mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above
  • Ability to work in a team
