What is the point of the game Clockmaker?
In the game Clockmaker, you help the heroes save the town of Clocksville from the villain, the Clockmaker, who has stolen the townspeople's time. You work alongside Uncle and other characters to rescue the town and its inhabitants.
What do I have to do to save the town?
To save the town, you need to complete match-3 levels to collect items and unlock buildings. You free the town by unlocking all of its buildings.
How do I play the match-3 puzzles?
You have to complete an assigned task to pass a level. You can view the conditions you need to meet to complete a level in the top right corner of the screen. To complete tasks, arrange three or more gems of the same color in a row. As you advance through levels, you will come across different types of blockers, which make completing tasks more challenging, as well as bonuses, which help you reach your goals. You usually only have a limited number of moves you can make to complete a level. Use your moves wisely.
What else can I do in the game?
You can take part in events and tournaments to win useful bonuses.
Lives
Lives in the game are types of energy that you need to start each level. There are two kinds of lives: single-use hearts and time-limited infinite lives. By default, you have five hearts (lives). If you fail a level, you lose a life. Hearts are restored automatically, but it takes 30 minutes to replenish one life.
Rubies
Rubies are in-game currency that allows you to get bonuses, lives, and additional moves. You can win rubies in various events or purchase them for real money.
Tricks, boosters, and helpers
There are also a few types of helpful bonuses in the game: tricks, boosters, and helpers. You can select extra boosters and helpers before you start a level, but tricks can be used during a level.
