How do I save my progress in the game? | |
As of now, you can only save your progress by syncing the game via Facebook.
Please note: you cannot sync your game progress using your Google Play or Game Center account. ![]() |

How can I sync the game with Facebook? | |
To sync your progress, open the game, go to Settings (the gear icon). In the Settings menu, go to the Profile tab. Select the Facebook icon from the menu and tap on it. Log in to your Facebook account by entering the required information. If you successfully sign in to Facebook, then your Facebook profile picture will appear instead of the Facebook icon in the menu.

Which parts of the game can I sync via Facebook? | |
Currently, you can use Facebook only to sync your game progress on buildings you have unlocked and levels you have completed in 20- and 70-level temporary events. Please note: game elements like rubies, lives, infinite lives and boosters, boosters, tricks, and puzzles are not synced via Facebook. If you need to transfer such elements to a new device or restore them, please contact our support team. ![]() |

My game progress disappeared. How do I restore it? | |
If you cannot restore your progress by syncing via Facebook or you need to restore game elements like rubies, lives, infinite lives and boosters, boosters, tricks, and puzzles, please contact our support team. In your message, please indicate whether you have previously contacted the support team, the approximate number of items in your old account, and how many buildings you had unlocked. If possible, please also take a screenshot of the items in your old account or include your old game ID. You can learn how to take a screenshot here. |

How do I transfer my progress to a new device? | |
You can transfer your progress with unlocked buildings by syncing the game between your old device and your new one via Facebook. To transfer game elements like rubies, lives, infinite lives and boosters, boosters, tricks, and puzzles to your new device, please contact our support team. In your message, please indicate whether you have previously contacted the support team and the approximate number of items in your old account. If possible, please also take a screenshot of the items in your old account or include your old game ID. |

How can I play on multiple devices at once? | |
You can play on multiple devices at once if you sync your games using your Facebook account. Please note that you can only sync your game progress on buildings you have unlocked and levels you have completed in 20- and 70-level temporary events. Can I restart the game from the beginning? | |
Currently, the game does not offer a way to reset your progress and restart the game. However, you can contact the support team about resetting the game.
