What are Gems? | |
Gems are an in-game currency in Funky Bay. |

What do I need Gems for? | |
Gems can be used to accelerate plant growth and speed up production at the farm and during events, as well as in other game activities. You can also buy certain decorations, coins, and energy with Gems. |

How can I get Gems? | |
You can get Gems by completing certain tasks and for completing expeditions. You can also buy Gems in the in-game Shop by making a purchase through the app. |

What is the Clambank and how does it work? | |
The Clambank is a temporary promotion that allows you to accumulate Gems at a fixed price (regardless of the amount accumulated). When the promotion is active, Gems will accumulate when you fulfill orders on the Beach, in the Boat, and in the Tunnel. Once you've accumulated a certain number of Gems, they become available for purchase. Their price is fixed and remains the same for any number of Gems in the Clambank. Please note that when the Clambank is not available, you will get only coins and experience for fulfilling orders on the farm. |

What is oxygen and how do I use it? | |
Oxygen is a special resource required for participating in the Underwater World. You can use it to clear the underwater location of objects, complete tasks and advance the search for quest items. You can wait for the oxygen bar to fill up or replenish your oxygen during the event via in-game purchases. |

What is energy and how do I use it? | |
Energy is a special resource required for participating in Olympics and expeditions. You can use it to clear the map of objects (stones, trees, bushes, grass, etc.), complete tasks and advance the search for quest items. The amount of energy required for regular and temporary expeditions and Olympics is the same. You can wait for the energy bar to fill up or replenish your oxygen during the event via in-game purchases. |

This problem could be caused by the following reasons: 1. Failure to connect to the Internet. You need a stable Internet connection to make purchases. 2. App store problems. All in-game purchases are processed by the app store you used to install the game. It's possible that the store is unable to process your purchase at the moment for technical reasons. In that case, please wait a few minutes and check your account activity. If the purchase amount has been withdrawn from your account, please contact support via the beetle icon in the game settings. If your account balance hasn't changed, you can try making the purchase again. 3. App store problems on the device. If you didn't get an email with the payment receipt and transaction number, you can check it as follows:
For Android devices: 1. Go to pay.google.com. 2. Select "Other Purchases". 3. Tap "View Purchases". 4. Select your order to open the confirmation. See HERE for more info
For iOS devices: 1. Select Settings > [your name] > iTunes Store and App Store. 2. Tap your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. You may need to sign in using your Apple ID. 3.Swipe up to the “Purchase History” section and tap it. 4. Press the > icon to the right of the final invoice to view invoice details, including invoice date and order code. |

Can I complete the game without making any purchases? | |
Our game is designed so that you can play it without making any purchases. The gameplay will just take a little more time. You can also earn Gems in expeditions and other activities. You can use them to speed up any gameplay you're having difficulty with. |

How can I avoid making accidental purchases in the game? | |
You can control your in-game purchases with a password or other blocking methods available on your device.
