I encountered a technical problem in the game, how do I report it?

Please write to us about the error. To do this, press the "Problem" button (in the shape of a beetle) located in the game settings on the right. The error report generated includes additional files and technical information — please do not delete them. Underneath the technical information, describe the problem you encountered, attaching screenshots if possible. Please use a standard email client to send this message so that the attached files are not deleted in the process

I can’t connect the game to Facebook.

Try the following:
- please check your Internet connection. Also, if possible, try changing the Internet connection type or connecting to a WI-FI network.
- make sure you are logged in to your Facebook account in the Facebook app on your device.
- try closing the game, removing it from your device's active processes, then restarting the device itself and starting up the game again.
If this doesn't help, please contact support with screenshots and a detailed description of the problem.

How can I mute the sound and disable notifications?
|
To mute the in-game sound, go to “Settings” on the right side of your screen (the gear icon) and turn the Sounds and Music switch to the “Off” position.
Notifications can be disabled in your phone settings. Different devices may require different actions to disable notifications. For more information, see your device's instruction manual.
For iOS devices:
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- You will see the list of apps installed on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad that have access to system notifications. Under the name of the app you will see the type of notification or “Off”, which means that the app doesn't send any types of notifications to the user.
- Open any app to access the full range of visualizations and audio for notifications.
- The main setting is Notification Tolerance. This allows you to either permit all types of notifications or completely prohibit apps from sending any signals while inactive.
For Android devices:
- Go to the Settings menu on your phone and find the “Applications” or “Programs” section. The name may vary depending on the smartphone model.
- Select the app for which you want to disable notifications from the list.
- Uncheck the box next to “Enable Notifications” to no longer receive notifications from this app. You may need to press “OK” in the pop-up window to confirm your action. Alternatively, go to the "Notifications" subsection. Toggle the switches to block notifications.
- Android 7 has a separate "Notifications" section in the Settings menu. There, you can use a special slider to set the importance of notifications.

Sound effects have disappeared in the game.
|
First, make sure that the sound on your device is not muted, and that the sound is not muted in the app settings.
Check whether you have disabled notifications only for our application in your device settings.
If you have an IOS device, check whether Do Not Disturb mode is turned on. If the Do Not Disturb mode button is highlighted, tap it to turn off Do Not Disturb mode (when Do Not Disturb is on, the Do Not Disturb icon is also displayed in the status menu). Also, if you are using an iPhone, check whether the “Ring/Silent” mode switch on the left side of the device next to the volume buttons is activated.
If this doesn't help, turn off the device and turn it on again. Check the sound again. If you still can't hear any sound, contact our support service.

How do I take and send a screenshot?

Different devices may require different actions to take a screenshot. For more information, see your device's instruction manual.
For iOS devices:
1) iPhone X or newer models
- Press and hold the button on the right side of the device.
- Immediately press the volume up button on the left, then release both buttons.
2) iPad Pro (11 inch) and iPad Pro (12.9 inch)
- While pressing and holding the top button, press the volume up button, then release both buttons.
3) iPhone 8 or older models, iPad, and iPod touch
- Press and hold the top or side button of the device.
- Press the Home button, then release the top or side button.
For Android devices:
- Press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously. Hold them for a few seconds. The screenshot will be saved on your device.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen. Select “Take a screenshot” In the menu that appears
For Amazon devices:
- Press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously.
- After a couple of seconds you will hear the camera shutter sound, the screen will blink, and a screenshot will be taken.
You can also do the following:
- Press and hold the power button until a pop-up menu appears.
- Select “Screenshot”.
- You will hear the camera shutter sound, the screen will blink, and a screenshot will be taken.

The game crashes or freezes

Try the steps below — they may help. If the problem persists, please contact support.
For mobile devices:
- clear the cache of the application and the device.
- do not launch the game simultaneously with other apps.
- periodically restart the game.
- clear your device memory.
For Facebook:
- clear your browser’s cache.
- check that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.
- check that you have the latest version of the browser you use to play Funky Bay.
- try using another browser.

The game doesn't open and freezes during the loading screen

If this happens, please contact support. Please tell us which version of the game you have installed and the model of the device you use to play the game. We will also need some technical information about your device. To do this, double-tap the upper right corner of the screen when loading the game. Your game ID will be copied to your device's memory. Paste it into your email to the support service and send it.

My device heats up when I'm playing the game
|
It's quite normal for devices to heat up when playing resource-intensive games. Here are some tips on how to make your device heat up less:
1. If you have other apps open, close them before starting the game.
2. Fully charge your device. If this isn't possible, try playing on a device with at least 50% battery left.
3. Check for device updates and install them if possible.
If the heat interferes with the normal operation of the device, we recommend that you contact the device manufacturer for further instructions.

How can I change my name in the game?

Press the “Settings” button on the right side of the screen (the gear icon) and select “Change Name”. Enter a new name in the designated field and press “Yes”.
